| Tiivistelmä: | The author thinks that it is a more practical method for solving the problem of financial through the investment projects by Taiwanese business people that Taiwanese business people organize of their own accord to make preparation for establishing credit cooperatives with an aim at helping each other in fund when necessary. Just because of this, it is of realistic significance to study the evolution of the credit cooperatives on the two sides of the Straits and make a comparison, which would help solve the problems emerging in financing and encourage Taiwanese business people to invest in the mainland. This paper makes such a comparative study mainly according to Taiwand's Law on Credit Cooperatives promulgated in 1993 and the mainland's Regulations on Urban Credit Cooperatives in 1998. |
