| Tiivistelmä: | Now, China enjoys a rapid, stable growth in macroeconomy. But microindustries are facing their difficulty of upgrading with a shortage of long-term investment. This macroscopic and microcosmic contradict is caused mainly by the backward financial medium realm. For the time being, the predicament of SOEs is largely the result of poor financial tools and congested financing channels. Judging from the comprehensive trend of international competiveness, financial project can significantly promote competiveness among Chinese banks. It is imperative that China put the development of the financial project into critical agenda if she would like to be a mature market economic nation. Under such circumstances, the government has to break the monopoly of state banks, promote conpetitiveness among banks, appropriately liberate interest rates and exchange rates and encourage financial innovation. |
