| Tiivistelmä: | This paper expounds the overall thinking on the investment in basic industries and makes analysis and forecast of the investments scale and structure during the Ninth Five-Year Plan and even in 2010. The results are as follows: By 2000 and 2010, the whole society's investment in fixed assets will reach 3888.2 billion yuan and 14414.5 billion yuan respectively of the investment rate is calculated by 30%. In 2000 and 2010, the total investment in basic industries will amount to 1757.5 billion yuan and 5290.1 billion yuan, accounting for 45.2% and 36.7% of the whole society's investment in fixed assets respectively. Among it, the investments in agriculture and energy will be 77.8 billion yuan and 680.4 billion yuan, and 173 billion yuan and 2234.2 billion yuan respectively. |
