| Tiivistelmä: | The examination and evaluation of economic returns are the key to making the choice about an engineering project. The basic method is as follows: First, we formulate a cash flows table according to the cash inflow and outflow in the whole life cycle of a development project within the planned ears. Second, we calculate the net cash flows yearly. After that, we analyze the economic returns of the project by using a set of indicators and at the same time take into account the corresponding social effect and environmental benefits. At last we make policy towards the project scientifically. |
