| Tiivistelmä: | This paper discusses the creation and development of the cause of investment funds in China and the main existing problems at present. The author thinks that it is most necessary to speed up its development. It can satisfy the Chinese residents' demand for maintaining and increasing the value of assets and help promote the healthy development of securities market and the reform of financial system. Besides, it can expand the scope of utilizing foreign investment. For the development of the cause of investment funds in the future, we should standardize and transform the existing funds, perfect the management system, accelerate legislation, diversify varieties of funds, establish fund-appraising system and raise the management level and efficiency of managers in charge of funds. |
