| Tiivistelmä: | On the whole, joint enterprise should be the central mode of purchase of shares when Chinese investors make investments overseas. It can reduce their inputs of capital and bring local partners' funds and capacities into full use. In the way, they can both enjoy the information of local markets, labor sources, sale channels, practices in business as well as political backgrounds and conveniently get direct contact with the local officials, thus winning the support from the governments of host countries more easily. As to the concrete mode of purchase of shares for an investment project, the investor should make choice according to local realities. |
