| Tiivistelmä: | Capital investment decision analysis must concern itself with present and future outcomes. An estimate error may not be avoided when predicting future cash outcomes. An analytic error analysis is presented for comparing economic opportunities involving estimate errors. First, the propagation of errors technique is introduced for error analysis, second, a few examples are solved to demonstrate its applicability to various economic decision problems. Third, the results are compared with other systems and with those obtained by combining specific probability distributions. |
