| Tiivistelmä: | In accordance with appraisal and prediction of the 16 well-off indices in rural areas of the province, the paper holds that generally, the degree of realization of the well-off goal in rural areas in Guizhou in 1990 was 30.6 percent, which was two fifth lower than the average level in the country's rural areas. By 2000, the realization degree will be 70.6 percent, one third lower than the process of the country. |
