| Tiivistelmä: | Since most of the developing countries in Asia have specially the same national conditions as China's, analyzing the agricultural labor force's transference situation in these countries is of significance to China for reference: (1) Pay good attention to developing agriculture. Agriculture is the most essential material premise of the national economy and the labor force's transference. A backward agriculture is an insurmountable obstacle in all undertakings' development; (2) Devote major efforts to developing township enterprises and absorb rural surplus labor force; (3) Strictly control rural population growth and enhance its quality. |
