| Tiivistelmä: | Due to the misguidance in view and the deviation in strategies, China's urbanization is still emphasizing developing small cities. Practice proves that this way can never really get rid of problems in rural areas from the roots. To use the other rural areas' experiences in urbanization for reference, China should put stress on an overall development with big and medium-sized cities as the leading. This needs to tap big cities' potentialities, enlarge and construct medium-sized cities and duly develop the selected small cities. |
