| Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores the stages of knowledge growth in 50 companies. Employees were asked to identify where their organization ranks along Bohn's eight-stage scale ranking from complete ignorance to complete knowledge. The employees also identified their competitors ranking and where they thought their company should strive. According to the results companies rank themselves on the Bohn scale between stage three and four and they stated their companies were slightly ahead of their competitors, but not at the ideal level their organization should be. |
