| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of this study is investigate how tacit knowledge is created through the authors proposed pattern recognition and synthesis (PRS) framework and in addition discuss what is known of tacit knowledge. The authors conduct a conceptual research on the topic. Findings suggest that the PRS model shows that all tacit knowledge must be built up within individuals, thus it has significant implications for the time and energy invested in knowledge creation activities. |
