| Tiivistelmä: | The right to strike has been much debated recently. The Supervisory bodies of the ILO have established clear principles on the exercise of this right and admissible restrictions as regards essential services. The author summarizes the criteria adopted by the Committee on Freedom of Association and the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations. The author then presents a comparative study of existing regulations in Argentina and other countries. |
