Tiivistelmä:This article examines how external factors (perceived competitive pressure) and internal factors (firm-size, self-efficacy, and prior use of technology and marketing media) affect the adoption of the Internet among SMEs. The results confirm the previous research about a phased approach of ICT implementation.
