| Tiivistelmä: | This paper presents a case study of the management and operation (hereafter as: m-and-o.) of the Paris taxi cab service (Taxis Parisiens, here as: T.P.). The method adopted is to consider the taxi cab service as a set of processes forming a knowledge value chain, which forms the basis of a continuous learning cycle. The m-and-o. of the T.P. community is investigated by analyzing the corresponding practice along the knowledge value chain. |
