This article expands on the benefit of ABC in a continuous improvement environment. ABC has proved a solid and flexible tool with many applications for business. It has matured past the product-costing stage and is now a vital analytical and decision support tool. The article describes the steps that would normally be involved during the lifecycle of a process improvement team. |
