| Tiivistelmä: | On the one hand, companies do not satisfy with their managers' training, on the other hand, the management school graduates complain about the fact that their capacities are not fully appreciated by the companies. In fact, these conflicts can be solved by the distribution of the tasks of each side. The training centres should be responsible for the management basis, whereby the companies should take the practical aspects of a career into consideration. The characteristics and the requests are described, which should make the future decision maker excel in a quickly evolving environment, in a context of globalisation and continuous development. |
