Tiivistelmä:The key terms and phrases of HRM are encountered so widely and so often that they have begun to resemble parts of doctrine. In Britain, Storey and Sisson noted, there are few managers who are not now talking about 'corporate culture' and the importance on managing it, and they further observed that "even the most unsophisticated organization has issued its statement of 'Mission' (and) declared its commitment to direct communication with its 'most valued asset' its employees".
