| Tiivistelmä: | Since september of 1992, China started to try out the authorized operation for the enterprise group's national assets. So far, there are 7 enterprise groups in the test. The writer of this article considers that the emphasis of authorized operation reform should be laid on the transformation of enterprise group. The reform contents should suit to the types of enterprise group. The forms of authorized operation should be diversified. |
