| Tiivistelmä: | We should carry forward the internationalization of finance so that the finance in the special economic zone keeps standing in the front row of the reform and open. The final target in Hainan is to establish the international financial center in the Asian and Pacific area. To accomplish that, we should speed up the setup of the banks of foreign capitals and Taiwan's capitals. The financial organ in Hainan should establish the business agents outside the country, and the experimental units of free exchange of Renminbi in Hainan. |
