Tiivistelmä: | When the Republic attained independence and a new legal system began to develop, major changes also arose in the area of labour relations.Primarily, there is no more mutual, associative labour relation , but the bilateral labour relation between the employee and the employer has returned.It is only the appearance that it is the classical contractual relation, as the labour relations has numerous important special characteristics.This legal relation, which is fairly well defined by standards in Western Europe, is rather undefined in the Republic of Slovenia.In his article the author discusses legal regulation of the grounds of the cooperation of workers in management, the influences of workers' representatives upon the regulation of liability for labour duties, and particularly the different forms of liability, mainly liability for breaking work duties and criminal liability in connection with labour relation. |
