| Tiivistelmä: | There is ample evidence to show that MIS departments are lagging behind other departments in their contribution to CIM development. Integration is important as CIM progresses to include additional cells and multiple departments. MIS departments have a necessary and demanding role in CIM development. Whether or not they are ready to accept that responsibility is another story entirely. |
