Tiivistelmä:In today's high speed markets companies are having to learn new ways of handling the process of innovation. In this paper the author examines the reasons for this change, and the ways that some automobile companies are introducing their own forms of high speed innovation. The process of innovation in some automobile companies now resembles the processes in other consumer durables goods firms, operating in ways that are quite different from those suggested by proponents of the 'classical' approach to marketing.
