| Tiivistelmä: | Corporate boards have been widely characterized as ineffective, impotent or irrelevant, wrote D. Leighton and D. Thain in the summer 1993 issue of this magazin. They then go on to describe a director selection process that works, that is, it generates a board of directors that is effective, potent and relevant. A number of board chairmen were invited to comment on this article. Thain and Leighton responded to these comments. |
