Tiivistelmä:You can measure the diversity of organization through X-raying, a technique used by TRW Space & Electronics Group. This computer-based techniques shows how formal and informal networks affect work relationships, mentoring relationships and information accessibility. Tracking these networks can provide a clearer picture of how personnel are being integrated into the work structure, and can help reduce turnover and increase promotions of women and minorities.
