| Tiivistelmä: | The author would like to raise concerns that he has about two "endangered assets" - the commercial mortgage loan and the private placement business loan. While the reader may be aware that these are two significant traditional assets of the life insurance industry, he may not realize the extent to which these assets are now in decline on the balance sheets of life insurance companies. This trend will become even more severe because of the intensification of the underlying forces that are "endangering" them. |
