| Tiivistelmä: | The nature of authorizing management is the management behavior of the government to consciously use the laws of the market economy to realign the property rights of State assets. The aim is to quickly form State-owned enterprise groups with competitiveness on the international market. The focus of the reform is the transformation of enterprises groups into corporations. This is also the basic difference from realignment of administrative corporations. |
