| Tiivistelmä: | By september 1991, there were 927 transnational firms in China. They had made remarkable achievements in opening up foreign resources, utilizing foreign capital and introducing advanced technologies. Yet they still lack overall strategical plans, corresponding laws and regulations and macro guidance policies. The paper holds that ordinary business management characteristics of transnational firms should be studied and their marketing management methods should be improved. |
