| Tiivistelmä: | In the transformation from traditional planed economic system to socialist market economic system, we should as early as possible pay attention to the "stagnation" of macro-adjustment, find out the cause and side effects and further more take necessary countermeasures. Macro-economic forecasting system should be set up. Adjustment decision system should be improved and perfected to be a kind of "inner stabilization plant". The macro-adjustment measures should be taken in advance properly. |
