| Tiivistelmä: | One of the fastest, simplest and least expensive ways to communicate internationally is through the use of electronic mail services. This case study describes two attempts at implementing electronic mail technology in an international company. The first implementation led to conflict between subsidiaries, as well as conflict between different departments. The second attempt utilized methodologies for managing computer systems development projects and resulted in a successful implementation. |
