More specifically, this study is intended to replicate the examination of 100 case studies of organisations made by Trull in the mid-1960's. His study is unique in that it centres directly on selected factors that determine successful decision outcomes. This 25 years old investigation represents a landmark in the evolution of knowledge dealing with the most important activity of managers in any organizational setting. |
