| Tiivistelmä: | One of the remarkable characteristics in the economic life in China in 1994 was that the saving deposit of urban and rural residents was increased by a large margin. It indicates that the proportion of individual income in the distribution of newly increased GDP was too large, the residents consumption was still at the stage of growth with low speed and the over growing saving deposit of residents would add heavy burden to state banks in interests. So we should strengthen control over levying individual income tax and widen the channel of financial investment of residents by stock issuance, purchasing enterprises obligatory sights and other means. |
