| Tiivistelmä: | In China's current distribution relations, the State and collective acquire relatively small share. The profits that enterprises should have according to the State's policies of profit-conceding are not actually left to enterprises, but are in individual's hands through various channels. On the other hand, the government can't obtain taxes that it is supposed to be collected and individuals fail to fulfil their duties of paying taxes as citizens , although the proportion of personal income has increased. The article points out that the State, collective and individual should have a ratio of 15-20% : 25-35% : 50-55% in distribution relations. |
