| Tiivistelmä: | China's macro economy management must help lessen the regional; disparity in economic development. Regional disparity is the foundation of the international competition and cooperation. However, the too great disparity may cause an industrial structure's fault; an unfair income distribution, a blocked cross- region trade, the coexistence of an excessive and an inadequate consumption, and may also result in serious social problems. Thereafter, the author stresses the point that the regional inclination policy should be replaced by an industrial inclination system. |
