| Tiivistelmä: | This paper proposes a methodology for determining a suitable sequence for improving performances of production and inventory control systems. These factors can significantly affect performances of the system. The sequence is developed based on interrelationships between the factors. The fuzzy interpretive structural modelling (FISM) is selected for analysing the interrelationships and determining the hierarchy of the factors. The proposed sequence for managing the situational factors allows to improve the performance of a manufacturing company. |
