| Tiivistelmä: | Ecology - environmental protection and its technology should be important topics for industrial property specialists and practitioners.This contribution deals with two main topics: report on published works and ecology as human resource savings using the following points: 1. both patent protection and curiosity driven research are funded by society for its global progress and not as a vehicle for protection of individual rights (with USA exception with their Bill of Rights guaranteed individual freedom); unfortunately, both seem to be separated in the area of ecology; 2. society has invested great amount of resources into development of patent protection system thus providing for extensive use by other members of society - in practice this is not always the case. |
