| Tiivistelmä: | The author discusses some questions of disciplinary responsibility of Workers in the Slovenian legal regulation and in autonomous legal sources.In the article he discusses the questions connected with disciplinary responsibility in various legal sources, disciplinary sanctions, limitation, records and their supervisory and preventive function, some rules of counducting disciplinary procedure, contesting disciplinary decisions (persons and scope of contesting) and some general (conclusive) question.The question of delimitation between the sources is very important, it is the central question.We must look on this question also from the aspect of future legal regulation.Disciplinary responsibility, too, should arise from the essence of employment relation this being a bilateral legal relation. |
