| Tiivistelmä: | Homework is among those atypical forms of work which are more and more common in the world nowadays.The share of this form of work is increasing in the total number of employed every year, therefore we can speak about an upward trend.The article has five parts.After the introduction the following questions are treated: forms and definition of homework, advantages and disadvantages of homework, normative regulation of homework in Slovenia as a special form of regular labour relation, and concluding statements.Homework has numerous advantages for the worker, the employer and the state economy.The most important characteristic and advantage of this form of labour relation is a greater interest of the worker and thus a greater motivation.Due to a greater satisfaction at work the concentration of the worker is also greater, and this contributes to a better work.The negative side is mainly in the present Slovenian legislation which has not been appropriate in this area. |
