| Tiivistelmä: | The organizational environment for decision making has radically changed over the past decade.Participative, creative decision making has become increasingly critical.Yet many employees complain that more time is wasted in team and group meetings than in any other organizational setting and that information richness complicates the decision situation.While mental discipline and continual learning cannot be replaced, they can be augmented by practical tools which improve creative and rational team and individual decision making.Six such tools are presented in this paper. |
