| Tiivistelmä: | To effectively implement a change project aimed at improving performance a number of difficult issues must be addressed: overcoming resistance to change, gaining commitment to new methods of working and prioritising actions in situations of finite skill and financial resource. This paper describes research carried out to investigate the implementation process of a cell management system called the Green Area (GA) concept in a UK company. One of the main aims of the GA system was to improve business performance by providing better time and cost control of contract implementation. |
