| Tiivistelmä: | The several issues concerning utilising foreign investment in China are as follows: utilising correctly foreign investment can promote the comprehensive development of three factors constituting productive force; Appropriate special preferential policies should be give to the backward areas in utilising foreign investment; Utilising foreign direct investment may produce better results from an angle of developing sci-tech and using the advanced technology and equipment; The problem of foreign businessmen's jeopardising China's interest may be settled through legislation. Besides, the author also discusses such issues as the marginal cost of introducing foreign investment, the problem in the technology used in foreign funded enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises squeezing in and occupying the domestic market and so on. |
