| Tiivistelmä: | In the area of corporate business management the modern era imposes challenging goals. Contradictory elements affect development projects. New advanced development projects require huge resources and long scheludes, although the resources available for the development projects are decreasing and intensive competition between firms results in increased required performance and new products which must be developed with short scheludes. Development projects have an important effect on a firm's business goals, and therefore attract the attention of corporate managers. This study describes a control tool to help managers make decisions on development projects. |
