| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyses the state of China's national debt and makes comparison between China and UK, US and France. It considers that China should arrange and reduce rationally and properly debt according to its own national situation. It is dangerous to hold such a view that no matter how large the scale of national debt is, it doesn't matter and can not lead to the central financial crisis. In fact, the debt ratio of the State is high. The amount of national debt and external debt have reached 450 billion yuan and US $ 120 billion accounting for 21% of the total GNP volume of 6700 billion yuan. Its debt ratio is much higher than those of UK and France. |
