| Tiivistelmä: | Anyone can make a mistake, but how can we transform our errors into effective learning experiences? The authors analyse a series of confessional articles written by some of the country's highest flyers. The analysis of the article shows that the fear of making mistakes can result in habits that stifle innovation, creativity and continuous improvement, intolerance of experimentation, the suppression of challenge, and the promotion of individual interests at the expense of the whole enterprise. But, we can also learn from mistakes. |
