Tiivistelmä:Introverts and extroverts have such different training needs that Liverpool Victoria devised separate development programmes for them. The authors report on a study of call-centre employees that discovered how personality crucially affects productivity. Most organizations have clear policies about selection and training, believing that they know what they are doing -- what to select for, how to train and, equally importantly, how to manage their employees. But their confidence may be misplaced.
