Many of them, such as climate change, ozone depletion and the Law of Sea, have become the subject of major international politics - not to speak of such mega-events as the Brundtland report, and the Rio and Kyoto conferences. At the academic level there has been a parallel development, with a very high rate of growth professionals, articles and even journals dedicated to environmental economics. |
