| Tiivistelmä: | The new "erroneous areas "find expression mainly in the following: 1. In the name of developing joint-stock partnership, some enterprises force the employees to pay for holding shares in a hope of extricating themselves from a difficult position. 2. selling an enterprises as a whole is regarded as the only means of "adopting a flexible policy towards small enterprises". 3. some local leaders are very active in laying off employees but show little concern for re-employment project. 4. The managing power and decision-making power have been transferred to enterprises but some manegerial personnel have abused their power to appoint people by favouritism. 5. All the enterprises are pushed to market undistinguishedly and managerial personnel are checked on by a single profit or losses-deducting indicator. |
