| Tiivistelmä: | At present, Shenzhen city's new and high-tech industrial output value accounts for 39% of its total, 50% higher than other areas' across the country. The new and high-tech industry as well as financial industry and material circulation, sector has been taken as the economic growth point by the municipal government. The three industries will be taken as the pulling force of the economy in the coming 15 years. But there exist some problems in doing so. Among the new and high-tech industrial output value worth over 40 billion yuan, foreign companies' output value accounts for two thirds. The industrial base, especially in micro electronics is weak and there is lack of topnotch professionals. So we should position high-tech industry at processing industry develop nongovernmental risk investment funds and attach importance to education. |
