| Tiivistelmä: | This paper makes a deep analysis of the major problems existing on grain circulation market in China since the 1990s. It thinks that the subject's qualification of state-owned grain enterprises for marketized business operation is not independent, the function of handling and adjusting grain reserves, not flexible enough and price system needs to be improved. In view of the above problems, this paper raises such measures as establishing grain price supporting system and promoting grain-related integration of trade, industry and agriculture in a view to perfecting China's cross-century development model of grain circulation market. |
