| Tiivistelmä: | To develop trans union in China has the following benefits: helping establish an effective financial risk prevention mechanism, raising the transparency of financial market, accurately mastering the credit status of market participants so as to prevent the participants from bearing risk beyond their ability to do so. But according to China's actual situation, it is now unripe to develop trans union in China. Therefore, we shuold first foster people's credit awareness, make a strict examination of users' qualification and limit their numbers during the early period of developing credit concumption. At the same time, the capital funds of state-owned commercial banks should be increased and the risk of commercial banks reduced to the maximum. |
